Bi-Cruciate Retaining (BCR) TKA preserves both the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), with the ACL beneficial for its proprioceptive qualities. The Bi-Cruciate Stabilised (BCS) TKA substitutes the ACL and PCL with a unique dual cam-post mechanism.

Derivation and validation of a nomogram incorporating modifiable lifestyle factors to predict development of colorectal adenomas after negative index colonoscopy.

This retrospective cohort study aimed to identify baseline patient characteristics involving modifiable lifestyle factors that are associated with the development of colorectal adenomas, and establish and validate a nomogram for risk predictions among high-risk populations with negative index colonoscopy. A total of 83,076 participants who underwent an index colonoscopy at the Tianjin Union Medical Center between 2004 and 2019 were collected. According to meticulous inclusion and exclusion criteria, 249 subjects were enrolled and categorized into the primary and validation cohorts.

Background: This study aimed to investigate the correlations of serum vitamin D insufficiency with quadriceps neuromuscular function in patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.

Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted. Eighteen patients with a primary, unilateral ACL injury who had insufficient serum vitamin D concentrations (<30 ng/ml) were recruited for the study.

In this retrospective study, based on publicly available transcriptome profiles and clinical data from the Gene Expression Omnibus and The Cancer Genome Atlas databases, we derived and verified an activated dendritic cell (aDC)-related gene signature (aDCRS) for predicting the survival outcomes and chemotherapy and immunotherapy response of CC patients.
