The polyphosphoric acid (PPA) modified asphalt binder is a potential choice as one of the pavement materials for its excellent high-temperature performance and low cost. To further analyze the influences of temperature and load on the service life of pavement from the perspective of deformation behavior, six kinds of asphalt binders with different PPA dosages were prepared for Multiple Stress Creep and Recovery (MSCR) tests at five temperature levels. The deformation behavior is investigated by basic deformation parameters, rheological simulation, and energy parameter changes.

The effect of SiO/CaO on the structure, crystallization behavior and microstructure of high-calcium, CMAS, slag glass ceramics was studied by IR, NMR, DSC, XRD and SEM. The results showed that in the high-calcium, CMAS glass ceramics, the main existing forms of silicon-oxygen tetrahedra (Q) were Q and Q.

To explore the application of CFB slag in cement-stabilized bases, this paper studies the influence of different dosage of CFBS on the mechanics, water stability, and shrinkage of cement-stabilized soil using laboratory experiments. The hydration activity and interface morphology of CFBS in cement-stabilized clay were observed using XRD and SEM.

The stability of steel-slag road materials remains a critical issue in their utilization as an aggregate base course. In this pursuit, the present study was envisaged to investigate the effects of fly ash on the mechanical properties and expansion behavior of cement-fly-ash-stabilized steel slag. Strength tests and expansion tests of the cement-fly-ash-stabilized steel slag with varying additions of fly ash were carried out.

The results revealed that compared with a control sample, the mechanical strength and durability of cement-based materials were significantly improved by adding PVA fiber and GO. The compressive and flexural strength at 28 d were increased by 30.

A total of 30 human A549 tumor-bearing nude mice were randomly divided into the Avastin, chemotherapy and combined treatment groups for treatment with an intraperitoneal injection of Avastin (5 mg/kg) (Avastin group); an intraperitoneal injection of gemcitabine (4 mg/kg) and cisplatin (4 mg/kg) (chemotherapy group); or intraperitoneal injections of Avastin and GP (combined treatment group). The mice were observed for 30 days and the tumor growth, survival and body weight of the mice in the three groups were analyzed.

In the current study, miR‑100 levels were demonstrated to be reduced in colon cancer tissues compared with the levels in matched adjacent normal tissues. Forced overexpression of miR‑100 by transfection with miR‑100 mimics substantially inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion of SW480 and HCT116 cells, whereas reduced expression, resulting from transfection of antisense oligonucleotides, promoted these processes.
