Background: Some studies suggest a potential link between intestinal flora and acute pancreatitis (AP). However, the causal relationships between specific intestinal flora and AP, and the possible mediating role of immune cell traits, remain unclear.
Methods: A genome-wide association study (GWAS) involving 5,959 participants was conducted to identify genetic instrumental variables associated with 473 intestinal flora taxa.
As an important means to enhance oil recovery, ternary composite flooding (ASP flooding for short) technology has achieved remarkable results in Daqing Oilfield. Alkalis, surfactants and polymers are mixed in specific proportions and injected into the reservoir to give full play to the synergistic effect of each component, which can effectively enhance the fluidity of crude oil and greatly improve the oil recovery. At present, the technology for further improving oil recovery after ternary composite flooding is not mature and belongs to the stage of technical exploration.

The patients were divided into internal drainage tube group (n=87) and T-tube group (n=116). Total bilirubin, direct bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase (AST), aspartate aminotransferase (ALT), the diameter of common bile duct, number of stones, operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative hospital stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.

Laparoscopy can magnify the surgical field, improving vision, but it cannot see through and identify the internal structures of the surgical field. Intraoperative navigation is a technology currently being developed; it projects the three-dimensional (3D) image established before surgery onto the surgical area during surgery, locates the anatomical landmarks, matches the 3D image with the actual image, and then displays the relationship between the tumor and the surrounding blood vessels.

In this work, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) chromatograms of CCl-extracted samples of used SAPO-34 were denoised by subtracting signals of air compounds and stationary phase bleeding of the chromatographic column, which enhanced the identification of trace compounds. In addition to the generally noted methyl aromatics, this work also identified alkanes, cycloalkanes, alkyl (ethyl, propyl, and butyl) compounds, partially saturated compounds, and bridged compounds.

The traditional surgical method for this is to remove the gallbladder, open the common bile duct, remove the stones and place a T-tube in the common bile duct for drainage. Common bile duct exploration usually requires a T-tube.
