Ya'an Tibetan tea, renowned as a mysterious tea, has been used as a traditional remedy for disease prevention among ethnic minorities in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region, which experiences the highest levels of UVB radiation in the world, for over 1000 years. Theabrownin (TB) from Ya'an Tibetan tea exhibits various health benefits. In this study, the preventive effects of TB on UVB-induced skin damage were investigated.

A solution culture experiment was performed to investigate the impact of phenanthrene (PHE) on organic acids secretion and accumulation by Lolium perenne L. root. Data showed that, oxalic acid was the dominant composition of organic acids in root and root exudates.
