Evaluation of Internet-based pharmaceutical care effect on young and middle-aged patients with hypertension by the principal component analysis and the Markov cohort during COVID-19 pandemic.

Background: Pharmaceutical care has the potential to improve hypertension control rates in young and middle-aged patients. Due the COVID-19 epidemic, standard intervention methods may not be applicable. We propose establishing an internet-based pharmaceutical care (IPC) route to improve blood pressure control in young and middle-aged patients with hypertension.
