The formation of broodstock gametes is closely linked to the yield and quality in aquaculture production, yet molecular mechanisms underlying this process remain insufficiently understood. The noble scallop Chlamys nobilis, an economically significant dioecious bivalve species, serves as an excellent model for studying gametogenesis. In this study, the adult scallops with testis at different developmental stage were chosen for histological examination and transcriptome analysis to dig genes related gonad development.

This study focuses on the Upper Ordovician Wufeng Formation and Lower Silurian Longmaxi Formation in the Bajiaokou profile at the southern margin of the Qinling Orogenic Belt in southern China. In order to study the aggregation mechanism of organic matter, geochemical proxies were proposed, including redox proxies (V, V/Al, U, U/Al, Mo, and Mo/Al), paleoproductivity proxies (P, P/Ti, Ba, Ba/Al, and Si), paleoclimate proxies (CIA), and terrigenous flux proxies (Al, Zr, and Zr/Al).

The results show that the total content of REE (ΣREE) of the shale in the Wufeng-Longmaxi Formations varied from 183.08 to 234.

However, its subsequent molecular response to pathogenic bacteria has been little studied. In order to study the question, a novel MyD88 was first cloned using adult noble scallops Chlamys nobilis (CnMyD88), and its tissue distribution was investigated.

How to rationally consume fossil energy and control CO emissions has become an unavoidable problem for human beings while vigorously developing economy. This paper proposes a novel economy and CO emissions prediction model using an improved Attention mechanism based long short term memory (LSTM) neural network (Attention-LSTM) to analyze and optimize the energy consumption structures in different countries or areas.

8-Methoxypsoralen (8-MOP) is a well established drug in the treatment of various skin diseases. Pretreatment of mice with 8-MOP before administration of 4-(Methylnitrosamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) significantly reduced the incidence of NNK-induced tumor. The present study was designed to evaluate the in vivo effects of 8-MOP on the bioactivation of NNK in mice.

Our previous work reported on an EV71-infected rhesus monkey infant model that presented with histo-pathologic changes of the central nervous system (CNS) and lungs. This study is focused on the correlated modulation of gene expression in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from EV71-infected rhesus monkey infants.
