Objective: To observe the effect of Naoling decoction on the learning and memory behaviors and the expression of microglia and IL-6 in hippocampal CA3 region of rats with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to elucidate the potential mechanism.
Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: a normal group, a sham-operation group, an AD group, a Naoling decoction group and a Naofukang group. The spatial learning and memory behaviors of the rats were investigated by water maze and Y-maze.

Objective: To observe the effect of Naoling decoction on the expression of iNOS in hippocamal CA3 region in rats with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to explore the potential mechanism.
Methods: Forty SD rats were classified into 5 groups: a normal group, a sham-operated group, an AD group, a Naoling decoction group, and a Naofukang group. The Alzheimer's disease model was established by injecting Aβ1-42 into the hippocamal in the rats.

Objective: To observe the effect of Naoling decoction on hippocamal histomorphology and the expression of amyloid precursor protein (APP) in CA3 region in rats with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to explore the therapeutical and the potential mechanism.
Methods: Forty SD rats were classified into 5 groups: a normal group, a sham-operated group, an AD group, a Naoling decoction group, and a Naofukang group. Alzheimer's disease model was established by Abeta1-42 injected into the hippocamal in the rats.

Objective: To explore the effect of Naoxintong capsules on learning and dysmnesia and calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) about vascular dementia (VD) in rats.
Methods: The model of vascular dementia rats were built by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), and then the rats were randomly divided into a Naoxintong group (that was traditional Chinese medicine group,TCM group), a Western medicine group, a model group, a sham operation group, and a normal group. After corresponding treatment, the rat so behaviors were detected by Morris water maze experiment to obtain their performance record of learning and memory.

Objective: To explore the effect of Fuzhengyangying granules (FZYYG) on the expression of the bone marrow proliferation and bcl-2 in mice with immune mediated aplastic anemia.
Methods: Forty BALB/c mice were randomly allocated to 4 groups: a normal control group, a model group, cyclosporine A (CSA) group and FZYYG group. The model group was fed with physical salt, while the CSA and FZYYG group were fed with CSA and FZYYG respectively, and then the changes of peripheral hemoglobin (Hb), platelet, bone marrow nucleus cell (BMNC), bone marrow hematopoiesis tissue volume and bcl-2 expression were examined.

Objective: To observe the effect of naoling decoction (NLD) on the behavior and the mRNA expression of beta-amyloid precursor protein (APP) in the hippocampus in rat model with Alzheimer's disease (AD).
Methods: D-galactose was intra-abdominally injected and AlCl3was hypodermically injected to build the AD models. The behavior of rats was measured by gamma-electric maze and the level of APP mRNA in the model rat hippocampus was observed by RT-PCR.

Objective: To observe the effect of fuzheng yangying oral solution on bone marrow proliferation and serum interleukin 2 in immune-induced aplastic anemia mice.
Methods: The immune-induced aplastic anemia mouse models were built up, and then were divided into 4 groups by randomized allocation. The models were fed with physical salts (Group A, n = 10 ), fuzheng yangying oral solution (Group B, n = 10), cyclosporin A (Group C, n = 10), and fuzheng yangying oral solution plus cyclosporin A (Group D, n =10), respectively.

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of dengzhanhua injection on acute cerebral infarction.
Methods: One hundred cases of acute cerebral infarction were treated with dengzhanhua injection (Group A) and 62 treated with fufangdanshen injection (Group B). The curative effects and the patients' hemorrheology and lipemia before and after the treatment were compared.
