With the advancement of science and technology, coal-washing plants are transitioning to intelligent, information-based, and professional sorting systems. This shift accelerates the construction a modern economic system characterized by green and low-carbon development, thereby promoting the high-quality advancement of the coal industry. Traditional manual gangue picking and multi-axis robotic arm gangue selection currently suffer from low recognition accuracy, slow sorting efficiency, and high worker labor intensity.

Forests are experiencing increasingly severe drought stress worldwide. Although most studies have quantified how tree growth was affected by extreme droughts, how trees recover from different drought intensities are still poorly understood for different species. We used a network of tree-ring data comprising 731 Quercus mongolica trees across 29 sites, 312 Larix olgensis Henry trees from 13 sites, and 818 Larix principis-rupprechtii trees from 34 sites, covering most of their distribution range in northern China, to compare the influences of drought intensity on post-drought recovery.

To understand the responses of radial growth to climatic factors and the differences in ecological resilience to drought between a heliophilous species and a shade species in mixed forests, we developed the tree-ring width chronologies of and in three mixed forests based on the samples collected from Toudaogou of Saihanba in Hebei, Ningwu County and Kelan County in Shanxi Province. We analyzed the correlation between climatic factors and various chronologies and examined the differences in resistance (), recovery (), and resilience () of and in response to drought stress. The results showed that the radial growth of and was negatively correlated with the mean and maximum air temperature from May to July in three mixed forests, and was positively correlated with the Palmer drought index (PDSI) from May to September.

The roadway in coal mine is prone to deformation of the surrounding rock under the influence of complex disturbance, which induces the imbalance of support attitude matching between roadway surrounding rock and advanced coupling support equipment, breaks the mechanical balance of the original coupling support system, and causes safety accidents. The postures and offsets of the various working spaces of the advanced hydraulic supports under the influence of complex disturbances are systematically analyzed. The D-H parameter matrix transformation method is used to establish the spatial posture kinematic model of a single/group of advanced hydraulic supports.

A round link chain subject to axial dynamic loads composes a nonlinear viscoelastic system. Unlike the classical pounding problems, the round link chain will not only suffer linear elastic deformation, but also nonlinear plastic or impacting deformation. Based on theoretical formulation and experiments, a new approach is presented in this paper to model and identify the nonlinear dynamic parameters, namely the stiffness and damping for the round link chain.

This study aimed to determine the risk factors of frailty in Chinese older patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and then construct a nomogram for frailty in this population. A total of 205 eligible older AD patients were recruited. Patients' general demographic characteristics were collected through a self-designed questionnaire.

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of frailty and social contact on cognitive decline among Chinese older patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and examine the mediating role of social contact between frailty and cognitive decline. A total of 205 eligible participants were recruited from a tertiary A hospital in Anhui province, China. A structural equation modeling was conducted to test the hypothetical mediating model.

On the basis of the principal components analysis-particle swarm optimization-least squares support vector machine (PCA-PSO-LSSVM) algorithm, a fault diagnosis system is proposed for the compressor system. The relationship between the working principle of a compressor system, the fault phenomenon, and the root cause is analyzed. A fault diagnosis model is established based on the LSSVM optimized using PSO, the compressor fault diagnosis test experimental platform is used to obtain the fault signal of various fault occurrence states, and the PCA algorithm is employed to extract the characteristic data in the fault signal as input to the fault diagnosis model.
