Purpose: Local recurrence predicts dismal prognosis in eyelid sebaceous carcinoma (SC). Recurrence predictors vary across studies. Accurate recurrence estimation is essential for individualized therapy in eyelid SC.

Following the secure placement of L-shaped silicone stents, examinations with a fiberbronchoscope during the first and third months post-operation revealed a significant reduction in bronchial mucosa inflammation for both patients. Additionally, the opening diameter of the upper and lower branch segments increased, and chest CT scans indicated a noticeable absorption of left pulmonary lesions.

Materials And Methods: The authors extracted publications in this field from 2002 to 2022 from the Web of Science database.
Unlabelled: BackgroundThis study determined to probe the potential association between somatic copy number alteration (SCNA) in retinoblastoma (RB) aqueous humour (AH) and pathological high-risk factors, clinical features and previous chemotherapy history.
Methods: Single-centre retrospective cohort study from including 58 AH samples collected from 58 patients diagnosed. Among them, 41 samples were collected after enucleation and 17 samples were collected before intravitreal chemotherapy.
We report a case of congenital insensitivity to pain with anhidrosis (CIPA) with a novel neurotrophic tyrosine kinase receptor type 1 () gene mutation. The patient suffered from recurrent corneal ulcer. A slit-lamp examination revealed ciliary hyperemia, bulbar conjunctival edema, epithelial defect, and ulcer lesion in the inferior part of the cornea, local corneal stromal edema accompanied by new vascular growth in his affected eye.

Methods: 24 eyes of 16 patients with severe complications of advanced pediatric total retinal detachment caused by FEVR who received limbus-based dry-lensectomy were studied retrospectively. Preoperative and postoperative clinical information was collected and reviewed.
Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the main pathological subtype of non-small-cell lung cancer. Endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS) has been found to be involved in multiple tumor-related biological processes. At present, a comprehensive analysis of ERS-related genes in LUAD is still lacking.

Plumbagin (PLB) is a natural naphthoquinone component with anti-fibrotic properties. This research aimed to explore the roles of PLB in alleviating TS and the underlying mechanisms.

We conducted a preliminary investigation of drugs and drug combinations for the prevention and treatment of TS in a rabbit model.
Methods: Fifty-four rabbits were apportioned into nine groups according to treatment: sham-operated control; untreated TS model; amikacin; budesonide; erythromycin; penicillin; amikacin + budesonide; erythromycin + budesonide; and penicillin + budesonide.
Objective: To compare the safety and efficacy between using a small-diameter tube-assisted bronchoscopic balloon dilatation (BBD) and the traditional BBD in the treatment of benign tracheal stenosis.
Methods: A retrospective study included 58 patients with benign tracheal stenosis from August 2009 to December 2014 was made. The patients who underwent traditional BBD were divided into group A, and who underwent a small-diameter tube-assisted BBD were divided into group B.
