Two new arylnaphthalene lignan glycosides, named reticulatusides A (1) and B (2), together with eight known compounds were isolated from the 95% EtOH extract of the whole plant of Phyllanthus reticulatus. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Teyou 2 Folium Mori.
Methods: The compounds were extracted and isolated by CO2 supercritical fluid extraction, 30% alcohol extraction, macroporous resin and silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated by means of melting point, TLC and spectral analyses.
Results: Six compounds were identified as beta-carotene (I), oleanolic acid (II), benzoic acid (III), chlorogenic acid (IV), lysine (V), gamma-aminobutyric acid (VI).
