The complete chloroplast genome of 'Fugui' (Rosaceae).

'Fugui' is newly bred cultivar. Here, we report its complete chloroplast genome. The length of the 'Fugui' chloroplast genome is 157,948 bp, with a large single-copy region of 85,948 bp, a small single-copy region of 19,128 bp and a pair of inverted repeat regions of 26,436 bp each.
