Article Synopsis
  • The incidence of gastric neuroendocrine tumors (G-NETs) is rising, and this study analyzed 506 patients who underwent surgery to identify key risk factors for their survival.
  • A retrospective analysis showed that after surgery, the one-year, three-year, and five-year overall survival (OS) rates were 90.2%, 77.3%, and 68.8%, while the disease-specific survival (DSS) rates were 93.9%, 84.5%, and 80.9%.
  • Key independent factors affecting prognosis included age, tumor grade, and T stage, with high conditional survival rates (COS3 and CDS3) post-treatment, particularly for patients with advanced disease stages.
