- The incidence of gastric neuroendocrine tumors (G-NETs) is rising, and this study analyzed 506 patients who underwent surgery to identify key risk factors for their survival.
- A retrospective analysis showed that after surgery, the one-year, three-year, and five-year overall survival (OS) rates were 90.2%, 77.3%, and 68.8%, while the disease-specific survival (DSS) rates were 93.9%, 84.5%, and 80.9%.
- Key independent factors affecting prognosis included age, tumor grade, and T stage, with high conditional survival rates (COS3 and CDS3) post-treatment, particularly for patients with advanced disease stages.
Aims: The purpose of the present study was to investigate the behavioral problems and parenting style among children with autism and their siblings in an ethnic Chinese population.
Methods: A total of 151 children with DSM-IV autistic disorder, aged 3-12, 134 siblings without autism, and 113 normally developing controls were recruited. Both parents reported their parenting styles and psychological status and mothers also reported children's behavioral problems.
Objective: To explore one of evidence for pathologic diagnosis of early myocardial ischaemia.
Methods: Rats were ligated of the left coronary artery according to a previously documented technique, and heart tissue was sampled at different ischaemia time. The expression of CX43 in myocardial cell was detected by Immunohistochemistry.
