Fatigue, depression, and balance impairment are common in patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). Aquatic therapy is an exercise program which is effective in improving the well-being of patients with MS. So, we designed this systematic review to estimate the pooled effects of aquatic therapy on depression, fatigue and balance in subjects with MS.

Objectives: There are a number of potential advantages to performing hysteroscopy in an outpatient setting. However, the ideal approach, using local uterine anesthesia or rectal non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, has not been determined. Our objective was to compare the efficacy of intrauterine lidocaine instillation with rectal diclofenac for pain relief during diagnostic hysteroscopy.
