Thus, we assessed whether a perioperative regimen of paclitaxel, cisplatin, and 5- fluorouracil (PCF) improved outcomes among patients with curable squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus comparing with preoperative chemotherapy alone.

One potential strategy for improving the immunogenicity of vaccines involves the use of alphavirus replicons and VP22, a herpes simplex type 1 (HSV-1) protein.
