Inflammatory pseudotumors (IPTs) are uncommon, mass-forming lesions, predominantly involving the lung and orbit. Although the incidence of IPTs is rare in the abdomen and pelvis, they can be encountered as enhancing, soft-tissue lesions, mimicking malignancy or fibrosclerosing disease. Generally, they exhibit a wide range of nonspecific imaging features in various organs.
