Introduction: is an emerging food-borne pathogen with zoonotic potential which is often under-reported due to misidentifications.
Materials And Methods: The current study identified from retail fish sold in market which was confirmed by phenotypic (colorless colonies on Xylose-Rhamnose-Melibiose MacConkey Agar), genotypic (dual target uniplex PCR-based detection) and genomic methods (CheckM analysis). In this paper we report the phenotypic characters of the isolate and genomic features such as resistome, virulome and mobilome followed by O and H antigen based typing and comparative phylogenomics using various tools (RAST, RGI v6.
Purpose: Health-related social needs (HRSNs) are associated with adverse cancer health outcomes. We assessed the processes for screening and responding to both HRSNs and financial distress and described the methods used across National Cancer Institute Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) practices.
Methods: The NCORP 2022 Landscape Assessment survey focused on services to screen for and respond to HRSNs and financial distress within a national network of community oncology practices.
Objective: Studies conducted prior to COVID-19 suggested that racial and ethnic disparities in mammographic screening have reduced over time. COVID-19 has had devastating effects on racial and ethnic minority populations, resulting in delays in preventive screening. Our purpose was to determine if racial and ethnic minority groups were less likely to receive mammographic screening during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their genetic closeness to (indicine cattle) and (taurine cattle) necessitates precise methods for meat origin authentication. This study introduces a DNA-based technique to distinguish Mithun and yak species using the alkaline lysis (AL) protocol for DNA extraction, followed by species-specific polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to amplify unique mitochondrial D-loop regions, yielding 489 bp and 422 bp amplicons, respectively.

Methods: Using a novel, trauma-informed approach to nutrition education, we delivered the Around the Table: Nourishing Families curriculum across three, small group cohorts (n = 15) over a period of 2 years. Lessons emphasized small group dialogue and group-directed learning on the topics of toxic stress, food as nourishment and family resilience combined with hands-on recipe preparation by the group.
Background: Digital wearable devices, worn on or close to the body, have potential for passively detecting mental and physical health symptoms among people with severe mental illness (SMI); however, the roles of consumer-grade devices are not well understood.
Objective: This study aims to examine the utility of data from consumer-grade, digital, wearable devices (including smartphones or wrist-worn devices) for remotely monitoring or predicting changes in mental or physical health among adults with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder. Studies were included that passively collected physiological data (including sleep duration, heart rate, sleep and wake patterns, or physical activity) for at least 3 days.
and are recognized as emerging pathogens with zoonotic potential. Despite their increasing importance, there is a paucity of data on the cytotoxicity of these two pathogens. Therefore, in the present study, we investigated the cytotoxic potentials of the cell-free supernatants from 10 and 15 isolates for their cytotoxic effects on four different cell lines (CHO, Vero, HeLa, and MDCK).

Breast cancer is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in women. In breast cancer screening, Dynamic Contrast Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (DCE-MRI) has shown promise as a technique, providing enhanced temporal patterns of breast tissues. This study proposes an enhanced segmentation method for identifying breast lesions.

A need for dosage compensation has long been thought to be critical in vertebrates. However, this was questioned by findings of unequal mRNA abundance measurements in monotreme mammals and birds.

Digital mental health interventions (DMHIs) have been suggested as a novel therapeutic approach to enable low-cost, scalable improvements in quality of care for adults living with SSD. However, the types and role of human involvement and support within DMHIs is currently unknown.

To inform the potential need for food insecurity interventions, our study evaluated the association between food security and mammographic screening among eligible participants.
Methods: Female respondents aged 40 to 74 years in the 2019 National Health Interview Survey without history of breast cancer were included.
A case is described in which appendicitis presented in a 73-year-old woman the day after a colonoscopy. Possible mechanisms for appendicitis aggravated by colonoscopy include barotrauma, irritation by residual glutaraldehyde type solution used for cleaning the endoscope, fecalith, and/or appendicolith being pushed into the orifice of the appendix by insufflation during the colonoscopy. This rare complication is likely most often unavoidable due to the pressure required to properly visualize the colon (which typically ranges from 9 to 57 mmHg) and the manipulation required to visualize and cannulate the ileocecal valve.

We explored young people's (YP) and their carers' hospitalisation experiences prior to and during EIPS engagement and how factors across these services influenced these experiences.
Methods: Using purposive sampling, we recruited twenty-seven YP, all of whom had been involved with the hospital system at some stage, and twelve support persons (parents and partners of YP) from state and federally funded EIPS in Australia with different models of care and integration with secondary mental health care.
In response to the mass adoption and extensive usage of Internet-enabled devices across the world, a major review published in this journal in 2019 examined the impact of Internet on human cognition, discussing the concepts and ideas behind the "online brain". Since then, the online world has become further entwined with the fabric of society, and the extent to which we use such technologies has continued to grow. Furthermore, the research evidence on the ways in which Internet usage affects the human mind has advanced considerably.

The success of CRTs in England has been variable. In response to this, the CRT Optimization and RElapse prevention (CORE) study developed and trialled a 12-month Service Improvement Programme (SIP) based on a fidelity model.

However, undesirable parasitic reactions such as dendrite growth, gas evaluation, anode corrosion, and structural damage to the cathode under an acidic microenvironment severely affected cell performance. To resolve these issues, an MXene entrapped in an ionic liquid semi-solid gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) composite was explored.

Methods: This was a retrospective study over a time frame of 6 years (2016-2022) of 74 patients who underwent bilateral neck dissection and salvage laryngectomy for recurrent or persistent disease with N0 neck. We calculated the incidence of occult nodal metastasis in ipsilateral and contralateral neck.
