Femtosecond laser-assisted big bubble for deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty.

Purpose: To assess the utility of a femtosecond laser-assisted stromal channel to assist the creation of a big bubble (BB) for deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) surgery in cadaveric corneas.

Purpose: To report the intricacies of managing complications that arose out of cosmetic iris implants (BrightOcular) placement.

Methods: A thirty-year-old gentleman presented with complaint of progressive loss of vision after having cosmetic iris implant surgery to change his eye colour.
