Comparing questionnaires across cultures: Using Mokken scaling to compare the Italian and English versions of the MOLES index.

Aim: The aims of this study were (a) to translate the MOLES index from English to Italian and (ii) to compare the two versions using non-parametric item response theory.

Design: An online survey was used to gather data.

Methods: Forward and back translation was used to prepare the Italian version of the MOLES which was then analysed using the non-parametric item response theory of Mokken scaling.

Preparing healthcare students who participate in interprofessional education for interprofessional collaboration: A constructivist grounded theory study protocol.

This article presents a qualitative research protocol to explore and understand the interprofessional collaboration (IPC) preparation process implemented by clinical tutors and students of different professions involved in interprofessional education (IPE). Many studies have shown that IPE initiatives improve students' understanding of the roles and responsibilities of other professionals. This improves students' attitudes towards other professions, facilitating mutual respect, and IPC.
