It is a polymicrobial infection that progresses to an obliterating endarteritis, causing thrombosis and subsequent tissue necrosis, allowing pathogenic invasion of interfacial planes.Patients with Fournier's gangrene typically have underlying systemic conditions that cause vascular insufficiencies or immunosuppression.

We introduce CLinical Entity Augmented Retrieval (CLEAR), a RAG pipeline that retrieves information using entities. We compared CLEAR to embedding RAG and full-note approaches for extracting 18 variables using six LLMs across 20,000 clinical notes.

The aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence of compassion fatigue and identify risk and protective factors among Australian oncology nurses caring for adult cancer patients.

Methods: 170 Australian oncology nurses caring for adult cancer patients completed a cross-sectional online survey comprising demographic information, the Professional Quality of Life, the HEXACO Personality Inventory-Revised and the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index.
