[From violence to bonding: constructing new meanings for attention to the crisis].

This study aimed to know the meanings present in the discursive practices of the Centers for Psychosocial Care's professionals, produced by new ways to cope and relate to the subject in severe psychological crisis. This is a qualitative research, based on the theoretical perspective of social constructionism. It was analyzed 27 interviews of professionals from the identification of interpretative repertoires and construction of Association of Ideas Maps.

[The meanings constructed in the attention to a crisis in the territory: the psychosocial care center as a protagonist].

The attention to a crisis is a strategic point in the process of paradigm changes proposed by the Brazilian psychiatric reform, requiring changes in alternative services and in the professionals that must use new technologies of care. This study aimed to identify the actions of attention to a crisis in the territory and the meanings as they evolved, beginning from the discursive practices of the professionals. It was a qualitative study that used the theoretical perspective of social constructionism.

[The structure and flow of the health care network as an instrument of change in psychosocial assistance services].

Changes in mental health care demand changes in the structure and function of health care networks. The aim of the present study was to understand how workers assess the structure of their network and how they use it as a tool for psychosocial rehabilitation. The present qualitative study is part of a larger research project, Rehabilitating networks - assessing experiences of innovation in network development for psychosocial care .

[Sociability networks: approaches based on home-based therapeutic care services].

Home-based therapeutic services emerge in the context of psychiatric reform in Brazil, as a step forward in the policy of de-institutionalization, as well as being essential services to overcome custody practices, typical of the asylum model. These services provide spaces for care, welcome and decent housing for people whose family and social ties have been affected by internment in psychiatric hospitals. The article seeks to evaluate the sociability network of users of home-based therapeutic services in Alegrete in the State of Rio Grande do Sul, based on a case report.

[Mental health in primary care: an assistant research approach].

This study aims to comprehend the expectations and aspirations of a community about the deployment of a group of mental health in primary care. This is a qualitative study that uses the assistant convergent research approach. Data were collected through workshops with psychotropics users, accompanied by Primary Care in the South of Brazil.
