The resolution of pituitary mass in neurosarcoidosis.

Sarcoidosis is a multisystem disease that primarily affects the sinuses, lungs, skin, and eyes. In our case, a young female was referred for evaluation of post partum galactorrhea. Initial magnetic resonance imaging revealed a pituitary mass.
