A new instrument to measure healthy workplace qualities: the People in the Office Scale.

This research is aimed at developing a new instrument to assess the healthy workplace qualities based on the environmental theory of stress, and ideas of salutogenic and biophilic design. A total of 319 respondents participated in the study (19-72 years; M = 40.86, SD = 12.
