The association constants obtained from the frequency changes of QCM revealed that (-)epicatechin gallate and (-)epigallocatechin gallate interacted with 1,2-dimyristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine ca. 1000 times more strongly than (-)epicatechin and (-)epigallocatechin.
