Objective: A wide range in prevalence rates of burnout among general practitioners (GPs) has been reported in various regions, with an increasing trend. This nationwide cross-sectional study aimed to estimate the prevalence and associated determinants of burnout in Czech GPs.

Secondhand smoke (SHS), composed of mainstream and sidestream smoke, is a known human carcinogen. It contains a variety of harmful substances at even higher concentrations than mainstream smoke itself, which is inhaled during firsthand smoking. Exposure to SHS, affecting more than a third of the worldwide population, increases the likelihood of lung cancer by roughly 30%, with specific contributions depending on the histological type of cancer.

This paper describes an exhaustive study of the variations of the mean force sensitivity coefficients in the entire region of crystalline langasite (LGS). We also study the variation of temperature coefficients in the entire region of the crystalline LGS and its isomorphs. The computational results have been obtained from a procedure that has been successfully employed in the study of the planar and temperature stressinduced frequency shifts in thickness-mode resonators.

A novel analytical/numerical method for calculating the resonator Q and its equivalent electrical parameters due to viscoelastic, conductivity, and mounting supports losses is presented. The method presented will be quite useful for designing new resonators and reducing the time and costs of prototyping. There was also a necessity for better and more realistic modeling of the resonators because of miniaturization and the rapid advances in the frequency ranges of telecommunication.

An important determinant of the quality factor Q of a quartz resonator is the loss of energy from the electrode area to the base via the mountings. The acoustical characteristics of the plate resonator are changed when the plate is mounted onto a base substrate. The base substrate affects the frequency spectra of the plate resonator.
