This research investigates the enhancement of barley's resistance to salt stress by integrating nanoparticles and employing a nanostructured CoO sensor for the electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide (HO), a crucial indicator of oxidative stress. The novel sensor, featuring petal-shaped CoO nanostructures, exhibits remarkable precision and sensitivity to HO in buffer solution, showcasing notable efficacy in complex analytes like plant juice. The research establishes that the introduction of FeO nanoparticles significantly improves barley's ability to withstand salt stress, leading to a reduction in detected HO concentrations, alongside positive impacts on morphological parameters and photosynthesis rates.

The analysis of primary morbidity is the most important indicator of detection of population health in every single subject of the Russian Federation in whole Russia. This approach also permits to monitor impact of economic and social processes on the national level. The article presents analysis of primary morbidity in the subjects of the Russian Federation in 2008-2017.

In this work, using the hydrothermal method, nanostructures of ZnO were synthesized in four different morphologies: nanorods, nanoneedles, nanotubes and nanoplates. To determine the peculiarities of adsorption for each morphology, a series of electrochemical measurements were carried out using these nanostructured ZnO coatings on the working electrodes, using aqueous solutions of Pb(NO) and Cd(NO) as analytes with different concentrations.

Usually, gigantomastia can occur as a complication due to pregnancy or it may occur in puberty, which is known as virginal breast hypertrophy, the second of which is more frequent. In our case, during the first decade of life, her breasts rapidly increased and reached gigantic sizes over a short period of time.

We have found a positive correlation between serum concentration of albumin and tryptophan in patients with normal kidney function, and negative correlations between serum concentration of albumin and intensity of proteinuria, as well as between serum concentration of tryptophan and proteinuria. Our studies have shown that L-tryptophan peroral load increases the glomerular filtration rate in healthy individuals, in patients with membronous proliferative glomerulonephritis with proteinuria 2 g/24 h and mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis with proteinuria < 2 g/24 h.
