We present a case of ES not related with underwent a left submaxillectomy because recurrent episodes of submandibular gland swelling associated for the last three years. The laboratory workup demonstrated eosinophils slightly elevated and high levels of immunoglobulin E (IgE) in peripheral blood.

The aim of our study was to evaluate the effect of this therapy on recurrent BRONJ and to describe the clinical and histopathological/immunohistochemical staining features of PRF treatment.
