Purpose: To comprehensively investigate the suprachoroidal space (SCS) in the context of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) using swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT).
Methods: We conducted a post hoc analysis of 90 consecutive patients with a primary RRD. Baseline SS-OCT scans were graded for the presence and thickness of the suprachoroidal space.
Purpose: To report the technique and long-term outcomes of patients with giant retinal tear associated retinal detachment (GRT-RD) treated with pneumatic retinopexy (PnR).
Methods: Retrospective cohort study. All patients presenting with GRT-RD with tears in the superior ten-clock hours who underwent primary PnR were included in this study.
Purpose: To report a case of cytomegalovirus (CMV)-related hemorrhagic retinal vasculitis in a patient with multiple myeloma (MM) on daratumumab, a trial cereblon E3 ligase modulatory drug (CELMoD), dexamethasone, and acyclovir, and discuss clinical implications for CMV prophylaxis.
Methods: Case report, narrative review of CMV reactivation risk in MM patients on daratumumab and antiviral agent efficacy for CMV prophylaxis.
Results: A 63-year-old female presented with 3 days of progressive unilateral vision loss in the right eye to the level of counting fingers.

Methods: This is a review of health records, imaging, intravitreal injection, and pars plana vitrectomy for bilateral fungal EE after severe COVID-19 disease, and is a literature review on outcomes in EE after COVID-19 disease.
Results: Sixty-three year-old man with diabetes and hypertension was admitted to hospital for severe COVID-19 disease for 3 months.
Scleral buckling (SB) remains an important technique to master for those interested in treating rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). Several ways to repair RRD include pneumatic retinopexy (PR), pars plana vitrectomy (PPV), SB or a combination of these. There is a growing worldwide trend that favors PPV as the preferred method for retinal reattachment of primary uncomplicated RRD.
