Tuberous sclerosis (Bourneville-Pringle disease) is a rare disease with a triad of mental retardation, epilepsy, and facial spot. Management of the patients with tuberous sclerosis under general anesthesia has been previously reported. However, there are few case reports about management under general anesthesia of a pediatric patient with tuberous sclerosis with frequent epileptic seizure.
