Background and aim The Success4Life (S4L) program is a web-based, holistic social-emotional learning (SEL) initiative aimed at improving the mental wellness of adolescents and young adults. It adopts a coaching student-led active learning methodology that integrates hands-on experiences with positive psychology along with inquiry-based learning (IBL) and project-based learning. Objective: We aim to assess the effectiveness of a hybrid (incorporating both synchronous and asynchronous learning) and holistic (targeting social and emotional learning and tackling risk factors unique for this age group) PPI, "success4life youth empowerment," in improving well-being in the youth.
