This was a descriptive study of 30 children born to HBsAG positive mothers between June 2009 and December 2013. All children had anti-HBs response ≤100 IU/L after 3 doses of hepatitis B vaccine primary series. A single booster dose led to hepatitis B surface antibody titers ≥100 IU/L in (85%) of children.

We aimed to gather information from healthcare professionals on the perceived incidence, diagnosis and management of LI in 1 to 5 year old children in Southeast Asia.
Methods: An anonymous electronic survey was sent randomly among healthcare professionals registered in the database of the pediatric societies in Thailand, Indonesia, and Singapore between June and October 2016.
Unlabelled: In the paediatric population, ferric carboxymaltose (FCM) is only licenced for use in children older than 14 years, and the data in younger children remains scarce. We retrospectively reviewed data of all paediatric patients less than 14 years old who had received FCM infusion from August 2011 to June 2015 at the John Radcliffe Hospital (Oxford University Hospitals), UK. The patient demographics, significant medical history, FCM dose, and blood investigations (pre-FCM and post-FCM) were reviewed.
