Nitrous oxide (NO) has been an increasingly popular recreational drug over the past few years. Abuse is associated with severe neurological complications and even fatal outcomes. Observations: In this case report, we describe a patient with NMOSD whose test results were seropositive for aquaporin-4 IgG and who had a hepatic metastasis from a small-bowel neuroendocrine tumor. The tumor cells expressed aquaporin-4 immunoreactivity.
Objective: To quantify the impact of endometriosis-related symptoms on physical and mental health status, health-related quality of life, and work-related aspects (absenteeism, presenteeism, work productivity, and activity impairment).
Design: Cross-sectional quantitative study.
Setting: Academic and research institution.
