Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm in an adolescent female: a rare entity with challenging diagnosis and management.

Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm is a rare and aggressive haematopoietic neoplasm with poor prognosis. It usually presents with cutaneous lesions and symptoms secondary to bone marrow involvement. Due to rarity and lack of standard treatment protocols, these cases are difficult to diagnose and treat.
