Need and Capacity of a Toolkit for Occupational Health Nurses to Promote a New or Enhanced Drug-Free Workplace Program.

: A drug-free workplace program (DFWP) has been shown to be effective in reducing workers' drug misuse. The purpose of this project was to determine the need and capacity for a new or enhanced DFWP in a large health system. If determined to be needed, the next step would be to develop, implement, and evaluate a toolkit to assist occupational health nurses to promote a new or enhanced DFWP.
