Intra-arterial angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia.

Angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia (ALHE) is a rare skin disorder of unknown etiology. This paper describes the case of a 34-year-old man with a lesion located on the right part of his forehead. Microscopically, it displayed a typical morphology of ALHE.
