Adolescents with ADHD are at increased risk of having a co-existing medical disorder. Research shows that having co-existing ADHD and a medical disorder interferes with the adolescents' daily life, creating a dual task that cannot be managed as two independent disorders. Interventions to support adolescents in managing the dual task of living with co-existing ADHD and medical disorder are needed.

This research examines the effectiveness of a family medicine resident-led, intervention in increasing knowledge about HPV and cervical cancer in middle school-girls and increasing knowledge and intention to have cervical cancer screening in their mothers.

Background: Information is lacking about the capacity of those working in community practice settings to utilize health information technology for colorectal cancer screening.
Objective: To address this gap we asked those working in community practice settings to share their perspectives about how the implementation of a Web-based patient-led decision aid might affect patient-clinician conversations about colorectal cancer screening and the day-to-day clinical workflow.
Methods: Five focus groups in five community practice settings were conducted with 8 physicians, 1 physician assistant, and 18 clinic staff.
