Primary hepatic angiosarcoma (PHA) is an exceedingly rare and aggressive neoplasm of mesenchymal origin. PHA makes a very small portion of primary liver tumors and conveys a poor prognosis. Symptomatology can be vague and often mimics primary hepatocellular carcinoma upon presentation.
