The hypoxic microenvironment is an essential feature of solid tumors. Autophagy has been controversial in its role in immune regulation. This project aims to elucidate the impact of autophagy in pancreatic cancer (PC) under specific conditions (hypoxia) on CD8 T cells and the regulatory mechanisms behind it.

Increasing evidence suggests a connection between pyrimidine metabolism and HCC progression. The purpose of this study was to establish a model applied to the prediction of HCC patients' overall survival.

What and how big a role RATs should play need to be supported by clinical data. Here, RAT performance and relevant factors in comparison with nucleic acid amplification tests (NAATs) were assessed in Omicron-infected inpatients.

Materials And Methods: Following a stringent inclusion and exclusion criteria, case-control studies related to the association between BRMS1 and breast cancer were selected from articles retrieved by electronic database searches. All statistical analyses were performed by Stata version 12.
Our aim is to investigate whether or not the breast cancer metastasis suppressor 1 () gene expression is directly linked to clinico-pathological features of breast cancer. Following a stringent inclusion and exclusion criteria, case-control studies with associations between and breast cancer were selected from articles obtained by way of searches conducted through an electronic database. All statistical analyses were performed with Stata 12.

The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of lamivudine or adefovir alone for 96 weeks versus initial treatment with the combination of lamivudine and adefovir for 12 to 24 weeks followed by adefovir alone. One hundred and fifty patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B were randomized equally to lamivudine and adefovir diprivoxil combination therapy (LA), lamivudine alone (L), or adefovir dipivoxil alone (A) in a multicenter randomized clinical trial. In the LA group, the earliest time for lamivudine discontinuation was 12 weeks and adefovir monotherapy was continued until 96 weeks.
