Pyrazinamide derivatives have been extensively studied for their biological activities, such as anti-tuberculosis activity and antiviral activities. In this work, a continuous-flow system was developed for the synthesis of pyrazinamide derivatives from pyrazine esters and amines (aliphatic amine, benzylamines and morpholine) catalyzed by Lipozyme® TL IM from , which was used for the first time. The reaction parameters including solvent, substrate ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time/flow rate were also studied in detail.

A novel series of sugar-containing pyrimidine derivatives have been synthesized an effective and convenient two-step tandem synthesis in continuous-flow microreactors with excellent regioselectivity. Using continuous-flow microreactors to assemble two-step reactions into one unit can effectively avoid separating and purifying intermediates. Moreover, this method allows the optimization of reaction parameters for each unit individually.

An increasing number of studies have shown that many nicotinamide derivatives exhibited extensive biological activities, such as anti-inflammatory and antitumor activity. In this paper, a green, concise synthesis of nicotinamide derivatives in sustainable continuous-flow microreactors catalysed by Novozym® 435 from has been developed. Application of an easily obtainable and reusable lipase in the synthesis of nicotinamide derivatives from methyl nicotinate and amines/benzylamines reacted for 35 min at 50 °C led to high product yields (81.

A new electron-withdrawing moiety (BFPz) has been used for the first time as an acceptor in OLEDs and its corresponding core unit (2-Br-BFPz) was synthesized. Combined with an electron-donating moiety triphenylamine, a novel fluorescent material with a D-A structure named TPA-BFPz was synthesized. Encouragingly, the EQE values of non-doped and doped blue OLEDs reach 3.

Borane is an excellent electron-accepting species, and its derivatives have been widely used in a variety of fields. However, the use of borane derivatives as host materials in OLEDs has rarely reported because the device performance is generally not satisfactory. In this work, two novel spiro-bipolar hosts with incorporated borane were designed and synthesized.

A series of novel AIE-active (aggregation-induced emission) molecules, named SAF-2-TriPE, SAF-3-TriPE, and SAF-4-TriPE, were designed and synthesized through facile reaction procedures. We found that incorporation of the spiro-acridine-fluorene (SAF) group, which is famous for its excellent hole-transporting ability and rigid structure, at different substitution positions on the phenyl ring affected the conjugation lengths of these compounds. Consequently, we have obtained molecules with different emission colors and properties without sacrificing good EL (electroluminescence) characteristics.

Purpose: To measure the changes of bonding strength of dentin adhesive agent at different storage temperatures.

Methods: One hundred extracted bicuspids were randomly divided into 10 sets, 10 teeth in each set. Each set was further divided randomly into Group A and Group B, each with 5 teeth.
