Cholangiocarcinoma is characterized by its high malignancy, frequent recurrence and insensitivity to conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This resistance may be associated with the presence of cells in the G0/G1 arrest phase within the cancer. Cancer cells in the G0/G1 phase are resistant to therapies targeting actively dividing cells, allowing them to evade conventional adjuvant treatments and survive.

ZM41-5) were sequenced, assembled and compared with the other three previously sequenced mitogenomes ( VNIIKR SE Dcaul3, MSPL 10-6 and VNIIKR SE Dps12). The six mitogenomes were found to be circular DNA molecules, with lengths ranging from 53,646 bp to 108,865 bp.

Compared to antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and small molecule-drug conjugates (SMDCs), PDCs possess distinct advantages, such as lower immunogenicity, improved tumor penetration, and simpler synthesis. This review discusses the latest advancements in PDC design, including novel peptide targeting mechanisms, linker selection, and formulation improvements for increased stability.

However, current survey methods cannot provide direct and reliable evidence of the short-term psychological effects of cyberbullying survivors, as it is impractical to measure psychological changes before and after such an unpredictable event in a short period.
Objective: This study aims to explore the psychological impacts of cyberbullying on survivors during the pericyberbullying period, defined as the critical time frame surrounding the first cyberbullying incident, encompassing the psychological changes before, during, and after the event.
Patients with recurrent or/and metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) have a notably low survival rate. Our primary objective in this study is to establish a comprehensive nomogram model based on clinical factors, semantic features, and multi-parameter magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) radiomic features, and to predict the risk of mortality in patients with progressive NPC following intensity-modulated radiation therapy. A retrospective study, including 110 patients with recurrent or/and metastatic NPC who underwent treatment at the Zhejiang Cancer Hospital between June 2012 and December 2016, was conducted.

Objective: Chromosomal variations are known to play a role in the etiology of fetal growth restriction (FGR). Here, we intend to investigate the significance of Chromosomal Microarray Analysis (CMA) in the prenatal diagnosis of definite FGR.
Method: 182 pregnant women with FGR participated in our study, undergoing CMA to identify chromosomal abnormalities.
Study Design: Rabbit model study.
Objective: To examine whether cartilaginous endplate (CEP) destruction leads to endplate and vertebral marrow signal changes (Modic changes, MCs) on MR images.
Methods: Sixteen adult rabbits were used in the study and underwent an anterolateral procedure to expose the L2-6 intervertebral discs.

Objective: To investigate the applicability, safety, and efficacy of long peripheral catheters in the infusion therapy of lung cancer patients.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted to examine the baseline data, catheter placement procedures, associated complications, as well as the costs of catheter placement and maintenance among patients who underwent long peripheral catheter insertion in our lung oncology unit from June to December 2023.
Results: The average catheterization time was approximately 20 min, achieving a success rate of 71.
Jianpi Yiqi Busui Prescription (JYBP), a traditional Chinese medicine formula (TCM), is used in the treatment of myasthenia gravis (MG). However, its mechanisms of action still require further clarification. In this study, an experimental autoimmune MG (EAMG) rat model was established for research.

This study aimed to determine global trends in MDR-TB among children and adolescents for strategic health planning.
Methods: A secondary analysis was performed on MDR-TB burden among children and adolescents (<20 years) at the global, regional, and national levels based on sociodemographic index (SDI) quintiles from 1990 to 2019, using the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) 2019 database.
This study aims to identify the risk factors associated with clinical outcomes and the proteomic changes in organs related to fatal SARS-CoV-2 infection within the super-elderly population. This retrospective analysis included all elderly individuals with COVID-19 admitted to the Second Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from December 2022 to January 2023. The follow-up period ended on March 30, 2023.

Secondary objectives were to assess the factors which impact the adverse pregnancy outcomes in ARSA fetuses.
Methods: This retrospective study included a total of 104 pregnant women whose fetuses were diagnosed with ARSA from January 2020 to July 2024, with subsequent chromosomal microarray analysis (CMA) performed.
Background: Macrophages play an important role in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis (UC). We will explore the effects of sodium butyrate (SB) on macrophage function.
Methods: The targets of butyric acid were identified using SwissTargetPrediction database and surface plasmon resonance (SPR).
Background And Aim: Proximal migration is one of the complications after pancreatic stenting. This study aims to determine the incidence, risk factors and endoscopic treatment of proximally migrated pancreatic stents.
Methods: A retrospective search of all the endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) records was conducted from 1997 to 2022 in our tertiary center.

Background: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a highly malignant and aggressive gastrointestinal tumor. Due to its weak immunogenicity and limited immune, cell infiltration lead to ineffective clinical outcomes. Therefore, to improve the current prophylaxis and treatment scheme, offering a favorable strategy efficient against CRC is urgently needed.

However, little information is available on the effects of nano-selenium on tea leaf quality, soil nutrient availability and associated microbe-driven mechanisms. This study examined the effects of nano-selenium on the tea leaf quality and soil nitrogen cycling in 20-year-old tea plantations when the leaves were sprayed with ammonium or nitrate.

However, the lack of efficient and durable electrocatalysts with high selectivity for multicarbons severely hinders the practical application of this promising technology. Herein, a nanoporous defective AuCu single-atom alloy (De-AuCu SAA) catalyst is developed through facile low-temperature thermal reduction in hydrogen and a subsequent dealloying process, which shows high selectivity toward ethylene (CH), with a Faradaic efficiency of 52% at the current density of 252 mA cm under a potential of -1.

Different from traditional nanostructuring, here we employ an innovative microwave-mediated electron-phonon coupling technique to assemble specific Ru atomic patterns (instead of random Ru-particle depositions) on MnCrO surfaces (Ru-MnCrO) in RuCl solution because hydrated Ru-ion complexes can be uniformly activated to replace some Mn sites at nearby Cr-dopants through microwave-triggered energy coherent superposition with molecular rotations and collisions. This selective rearrangement in Ru-MnCrO with particular spin-differentiated polarizations can induce localized spin domain inversion from reversed to parallel direction, which makes Ru-MnCrO demonstrate a high current density of 1.

Therefore, an updated meta-analysis is needed to integrate the latest published randomized controlled clinical trials (RCT). This updated analysis was performed to identify the clinical effects of preoperative pulmonary rehabilitation on physical rehabilitation (lung function, activity endurance, and dyspnea), psychological rehabilitation, quality of life, length of hospital stay, and postoperative pulmonary complications in patients with lung cancer.
