In this study, we investigated the therapeutic effects of mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) derived MVs (MSC-MVs) on pulmonary artery hypertension (PAH) in rats.
Methods: MSC-MVs were isolated from rat bone marrow MSCs that were cultured in a serum-free conditioned medium.
