First seroprevalence survey of bovine anaplasmosis: an emerging tick-borne disease in commercial livestock and dairy farms in Bangladesh.

Bovine anaplasmosis is an infectious, tick-borne disease caused by species, which is accountable for huge economic loss in dairy industry. This study was aimed to determine the seroprevalence of bovine anaplasmosis on randomly selected 61 commercial dairy farms in 3 intensive regions of Bangladesh. A total of 1472 sera were analysed using VMRD Antibody Test Kit cELISA v2 for the presence of -specific antibodies.

However, their effects on lymphoid organs and immunity in Naked Neck (NN) chickens are not well understood. This experiment aimed to investigate the effects of synbiotics on growth performance, histo-architecture of lymphoid organs, hematology, serum biochemistry, and immunity in NN chickens in Bangladesh.

Temporal assessment of water and soil quality near Barapukuria coal mine, Bangladesh.

This study assessed the water suitability for various purposes, evaluated heavy metal contamination and soil fertility, and investigated seasonal variations in water and soil parameters near the Barapukuria coal mine in Bangladesh. A total of nine sampling locations were selected, resulting in 18 samples (12 water and 6 soil) collected during the summer and winter seasons. The water samples were analyzed at the Environmental Engineering Laboratory, while the soil samples were analyzed at the Soil Resource Development Institute (SRDI).

The dataset is consisted of 232 panoramic dental radiographs, categorized into six major classes: healthy teeth, caries, impacted teeth, infections, fractured teeth, and broken-down crowns/roots (BDC/BDR).
