Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a neonatal supportive positioning (NSP) training video program for premature infants, using a position support mat for nurses in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs), and to verify its effect on nurses' performance.

The effects of extract fermented with DK1 on UVB-mediated MMP-1 expression and collagen decrease in human skin fibroblasts were determined, and the conversion of its components was also analyzed. Fermentation was performed at varying extract and MRS medium concentrations, and optimal fermentation conditions were selected. extracts showed decreased cytotoxicity after fermentation in the fibroblasts.

We cloned the thyroid hormone receptor alpha (TRalpha) and beta (TRbeta) cDNAs from the ovaries of the protandrous black porgy and compared the expression levels of TRalpha and TRbeta mRNA during the sex change in black porgy. We observed that the TRalpha mRNA by quantitative real-time PCR and protein levels by Western blot were highest in the mature ovaries. Additionally, TRbeta mRNA levels were only expressed highly in the mature ovaries when compared to any other gonadal stages.
