Unlabelled: This article aims to describe purposeful reimplantation and inflammatory fibrous hyperplasia cases caused due to poor dental health and malpositioning of teeth. A 17-year-old male patient was referred to a dental specialty hospital for soft tissue growth in the lower anterior tooth region. Anamnesis and clinical examination revealed that tooth #31 was severely hypoplastic.
