Aim: Report a case of neurologic compromise associated with osteoporotic vertebral fractures.
Aim: Our study's aim is to evaluate the reliability of digital rectal examination and serum PSA in the indication of prostatic biopsy.
Methods: 66 patients with abnormal digital rectal examination and arised PSA levels had prostatic biopsies. The sextant technique was practiced.
The treatment of lower limb erysipelas is based on anti-streptococcal antibiotherapy. The indication of adjuvant anticoagulant therapy is not clear because of the lack of data about the incidence of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in these patients. We performed a prospective study using a colour Doppler vein exploration combined with ultrasonography within the first 48 h, with evaluation of clinical probability of DVT according to the Wells score to assess the incidence of DVT in patients with erysipelas of the lower limb.

All patients have a RA with a follow up of 5,84 years, positive rhumatoid factor were found in 22 cases. Methods: HCC routine screening in cirrhosis liver has been conducted every 6 months using a combination of abdominal sonography and serum alpha-foetoprotein levels. PCUS, CT scan or MRI have been performed each time a focal liver lesion was discovered in US, or in case of elevated serum alpha-foetoprotein levels.
Meningioma rarely gives an extra cranial extension. The authors report a case of meningioma of the jugular foramen reaching the left side of the neck. Epidemiological and clinical aspects of meningiomas of the neck are presented.
