Purpose: Hypoxic tumor volumes can be visualized with F-FAZA PET/CT. In head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), hypoxia is important for the clinical outcome after primary radiotherapy (RT). The outcome is furthermore heavily influenced by the HPV/p16-positivity of oropharyngeal tumors (OPCp16+ tumors).

Late Relapses in Stage I Testicular Cancer Patients on Surveillance.

Background: Comprehensive data on late relapse (LR) and very LR (VLR) in patients with clinical stage I (CS-1) testicular cancer followed on surveillance are missing. These data are essential for planning optimal follow-up.

Treatment options for carcinoma in situ testis.

Carcinoma in situ testis (CIS) is known as the precursor of germ cell cancer of the testis. International guidelines on diagnosis and treatment are inconsistent. Some countries offer routine biopsies of the contralateral testicle in relation to orchidectomy for testicular cancer, whereas other countries only offer this to high-risk patients.
