We longitudinally tracked the clinical and immunologic impact of bispecific T cell-engaging antibodies (BsAb) as bridging therapy (BT) to subsequent B-cell maturation antigen-directed chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cell therapies in 52 patients with RRMM. BsAbs were a potent and safe option for BT, achieving the highest overall response rate (100%) to BT compared with chemotherapy, anti-CD38, or anti-SLAMF7 antibody-based regimens (46%).

Monitoring cancer patients for hepatotoxicity is challenging as these patients may have abnormal liver tests pre-treatment or on-study for many reasons including liver injury due to past oncology treatments, hepatic metastases, medical co-morbidities such as heart failure, and concomitant medications. Material And Methods: Patients ( = 81) with the diagnosis of a plasma cell dyscrasia and whole-body DLCT at the time of diagnosis and follow-up were retrospectively enrolled. CI, CaSupp25, and CaSupp100 were quantitatively analyzed using regions of interest in the lumbar vertebral bodies and fractured vertebral bodies on baseline or follow-up imaging.
Based on the pivotal KarMMa-1 and CARTITUDE-1 studies, Idecabtagene vicleucel (Ide-cel) and Ciltacabtagene autoleucel (Cilta-cel) have been approved to treat multiple myeloma patients, who have been exposed to at least 1 proteasome inhibitor, immunomodulatory drug and anti-CD38 antibody after 4 or 3 lines of therapy, respectively. The unprecedented rates of deep and long-lasting remissions have been meanwhile confirmed in multiple real-world analyses and more recently, the KarMMa-3 and CARTITUDE-4 studies lead to the approval in earlier lines of therapy. It is currently believed that ultimately all patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma experience relapse after anti-BCMA CAR T-cell therapies.

Here, we demonstrate that both the CDW and magnetism of FeGe can be effectively tuned through postgrowth annealing treatments. Instead of the short-range CDW reported earlier, a long-range CDW order is realized below 110 K in single crystals annealed at 320 °C for over 48 h.

However, little is known about the impact of previous allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) on lymphocyte collection for production of CAR T cells and subsequent treatment with CAR T cells.
Patients And Methods: We performed a retrospective analysis of cellular composition of lymphocyte collections, CAR T cell expansion and treatment outcomes of RRMM patients undergoing therapy with idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) with and without history of allo-HSCT.

Here, we investigate CsV_{3}Sb_{5} by combining high-resolution thermal-expansion, heat-capacity, and electrical resistance under strain measurements. We directly unveil that the superconducting and charge-ordered states strongly compete, and that this competition is dramatically influenced by tuning the crystallographic c axis.

Uniaxial pressure provides an efficient approach to control charge density waves in YBaCuO. It can enhance the correlation volume of ubiquitous short-range two-dimensional charge-density-wave correlations, and induces a long-range three-dimensional charge density wave, otherwise only accessible at large magnetic fields. Here, we use x-ray diffraction to study the strain dependence of these charge density waves and uncover direct evidence for a form of competition between them.
