Purpose: To investigate prevalence and anatomical distribution of musculoskeletal pain (MSP) and its impact on quality of life (QoL) in elementary school teachers working in Muğla town center.
Methods: Physical, sociodemographic and occupational characteristics of 104 teachers were recorded. Onset, prevalence and consequences of MSP (Extended Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire) and QoL (Short Form-36 Health Survey) of teachers with (n = 37) and without (n = 67) MSP during the last 12 months were compared.
