Objective: The main objective of this study was to analyze the differences in parental emotional clarity and parental practices among families with a single child and families with more than one child, and their relationship with the children's internalizing and externalizing symptomatology, specifically, anxiety-depression and aggressive behavior in a conflictive divorce context.
Methods: The participants were 247 Spanish divorced parents. In total, 62% of the participants reported being the parents of one child and 38% of two children.
Introduction: This study is based on the paradigm of collaborative law and the current absence of instruments that evaluate the lawyer-client relationship as a function of the needs of the family system. The objective was to construct and validate an instrument, conceptualizing the lawyer-client relationship as a helping relationship.
Method: Two groups of experts and 239 parents (58% mothers and 42% fathers), users of Family Visitation Centers, participated in the study.
Objectives: Patients with haematologic malignancies (HM) COVID-19 have more severe disease, with increased risk of mortality. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of SARS-CoV-2 RNAemia and the specific humoral immune responses on the clinical outcomes of patients with HM and COVID-19.
Methods: Interferon-α/γ (IFN-α/IFN-γ) serum levels, neutralizing antibodies and RNAemia at COVID-19 diagnosis, and persistent RNAemia during the follow-up were evaluated.
The CRISPR-Cas9 system is a powerful tool for studying gene functions and holds potential for disease treatment. However, precise genome editing requires thorough assessments to minimize unintended on- and off-target effects. Here, we report an unexpected 283-kb deletion on Chromosome 10 (10q23.

Objectives: We assessed the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy and bupropion compared to cognitive behavioral therapy alone for methamphetamine use disorder.
Methods: The selection criteria for this systematic review study with meta-analysis were randomized clinical trials on the efficacy of cognitive behavioral therapy and bupropion in the treatment for methamphetamine use disorder (assessed by urine metabolites). The search was conducted in PubMed, PubMed Central, LILACS, SciELO, Cochrane Library, SCOPUS, Google Scholar, Ovid Medline, Clinicaltrials.
The objectives of this work were to assess the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity of nasopharyngeal (NP) swabs for viral community-acquired pneumonia (CAP) and the performance of pneumonia severity index (PSI) and CURB-65 severity scores in the viral CAP in adults. A prospective observational cohort study of consecutive 341 hospitalized adults with CAP was performed between January 2018 and March 2020. Demographics, comorbidities, symptoms/signs, analytical data, severity scores, antimicrobials, and outcomes were recorded.

However, few studies have evaluated field conditions where livestock wastes have been used for extended periods of time. In this study, physicochemical parameters, metabarcoding of the 16S rRNA gene, and ecotoxicity indexes were used for the characterization of chicken manure and poultry litter to examine the effect of their application to agricultural soils for 10 years.

Genomic rearrangements induced by CRISPR-Cas9 can occur, but continuous technical developments make it possible to characterize complex on-target effects. We combined an innovative droplet-based target enrichment approach with long-read sequencing and coupled it to a customized de novo sequence assembly.

Aim: To calculate the frequency of CRKP in pediatric patients, to determine the in vitro activity of colistin and to detect the presence of mcr-1 gene in said isolates.
Methods: 220 isolates of K.

Machine learning can be used to identify relevant trajectory shape features for improved predictive risk modeling, which can help inform decisions for individualized patient management in intensive care during COVID-19 outbreaks. We present explainable random forests to dynamically predict next day mortality risk in COVID -19 positive and negative patients admitted to the Mount Sinai Health System between March 1st and June 8th, 2020 using patient time-series data of vitals, blood and other laboratory measurements from the previous 7 days. Three different models were assessed by using time series with: 1) most recent patient measurements, 2) summary statistics of trajectories (min/max/median/first/last/count), and 3) coefficients of fitted cubic splines to trajectories.

However, there are few clues about the variables that explain younger sibling's adaptation. The objective of this pilot study was to identify the determinants of younger siblings' adaptation and to analyze the role played by personal, sibling, family and older siblings' variables using 50 dyads of siblings aged between 7 and 18 years.

Researchers in developmental psychology have studied cognitive strategies and have highlighted the catalytic role of the social environment. However, it is not yet adequately understood how this capacity emerges and develops in biological systems when they perform a problem-solving task in collaboration with a robotic social agent.

In this study we analyzed child symptomatology with person-centered methodology, identifying differential profiles, considering post-divorce custody, parental symptomatology, and coparenting variables. We examined the association between these profiles and child symptomatology, as well as the mediating role of parenting in that association.

Exploration of spatial processes, such as radioactivity or temperature is a fundamental task in many robotic applications. In the literature, robotic exploration is mainly carried out for applications where the environment is a priori known. However, for most real life applications this assumption often does not hold, specifically for disaster scenarios.

The lack of a specific, safe and effective antiviral treatment against HAdV makes necessary the search for new therapeutic options. The aim of this study was to evaluate the in vitro activity of ganciclovir (GCV) against HAdV in co-infection by human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) and HAdV in cellular cultures.

Information gathering (IG) algorithms aim to intelligently select the mobile robotic sensor actions required to efficiently obtain an accurate reconstruction of a physical process, such as an occupancy map, a wind field, or a magnetic field. Recently, multiple IG algorithms that benefit from multi-robot cooperation have been proposed in the literature. Most of these algorithms employ discretization of the state and action spaces, which makes them computationally intractable for robotic systems with complex dynamics.

However, the length of such infrastructure prevents sensor networks from being applicable. In this paper, we present a mobile platform (SIAR) designed to inspect the sewer network.
