Background: With the increased use of smartphones, mobile applications (apps) aimed at promoting healthy behaviors have experienced exponential growth.
Objectives: This study aimed to provide an overview of mobile apps that use gamification to motivate children to maintain optimal oral hygiene and to evaluate the quality of the oral hygiene apps for children (OHACs) available in the Turkish Google Play Store and the Apple Store.
Methods: Between January 20 and February 2, 2024, OHACs were searched in the Turkish Google Play Store and the Apple Store.
Purpose: This study aimed to analyze and compare gait patterns and deviations at long-term follow-up in children who received medial open reduction (MOR) before 18 months for unilateral or bilateral hip developmental dysplasia (DDH).
Methods: A retrospective chart review was conducted on children who underwent MOR. The study population was divided into two groups: the unilateral group, including unilateral (five children with unilateral) and bilateral (five children with bilateral DDH).
Purpose: This study investigated the vertebral bone quality (VBQ) score as a potential tool for opportunistic osteoporosis screening and its correlation with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA) values.
Methods: In a single-center retrospective cohort of 130 patients, VBQ and DXA measures were compared using various statistical analyses. The optimal VBQ threshold for predicting osteoporosis was determined using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis.
Background: Adjustable femoral suspensory fixation for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR) become popular in recent years. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and compare the clinical outcomes of three different techniques using an adjustable-loop fixation in ACRL.
Methods: This study included 38 patients who underwent ACLR using the adjustable-loop device for femoral fixation between January 2018 and November 2021.
The effects of chronic stress on academic and professional achievement can have a substantial impact. This relationship is highlighted through a dataset that includes questionnaires and physiological data from a group of individuals. The questionnaire data of 48 individuals, the physiological data of 20 individuals during sessions with a psychologist, and the exam data of 8 individuals were analyzed.

Purpose Of The Study: To compare clinical and radiographic outcomes of surgical treatment using either AOR or MOR in children with DDH aged < 24 months and to evaluate the procedure-inherent risks of avascular necrosis of the femoral head (AVN) and need for further corrective surgery (FCS).
Methods: 61 children who underwent surgical treatment for DDH were categorized into two groups: AOR (31 hips of 28 patients) and MOR (39 hips of 33 patients).

Background: Parkinson's disease is a neurodegenerative condition causing coordination loss in musculoskeletal system. Many studies suggest that total knee arthroplasty in patients with Parkinson's disease has unfavorable treatment results and high complication rates. Our hypothesis was that total knee arthroplasty might be an effective procedure in patients with Parkinson's disease.
