In this study, we used Flammulina velutipes protein (FVP) and Flammulina velutipes soluble polysaccharides (FVSP) as raw materials and prepared FVP-FVSP and FVP-FVSP-TP composite particles loaded with tea polyphenols (TP), the high internal phase Pickering emulsions stabilized by FVP-FVSP and FVP-FVSP-TP for the delivery of β-carotene (BC) were created. FVP-FVSP-TP has more promise as Pickering emulsion stabilizer than FVP-FVSP because of the smaller particle size, proper contact angle, and lower surface tension.

The use of bedside case-based learning in the clinical practice of midwifery education in China.

Aim: This study aimed to investigate the impact of bedside case-based learning on critical thinking and capacity for self-directed learning in a group of midwifery students in China.

Background: Bedside teaching is a well-established educational tool to improve the clinical practice of medical, nursing, and midwifery students. A new pedagogical approach; bedside case-based learning (BCBL) is an interactive teaching approach involving small-group, student-educator discussion to describe the etiology and management of a patient case.

Stable pelvic floor muscle training improves urinary incontinence in women with gestational diabetes mellitus.

Background: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a common metabolic disease that contributes to urinary incontinence (UI) in pregnant women. The aim of this study was to investigate the therapeutic potential of stable pelvic floor muscle (PFM) training with transverse abdominal muscle for pregnancy-specific UI in patients with GDM.

Methods: This was a randomised controlled trial.

Aims: This study aimed to examine and quantify the effectiveness of an optional breastfeeding course for multidisciplinary undergraduate healthcare students and to provide advice for education improvement based on students' characteristics and learning feedback.

Background: Breastfeeding has received global awareness and educating undergraduate healthcare students is a prospective way to promote breastfeeding. This is the first report from mainland China to verify the education effects and formulate a proposal for improvement.

The study aims to explore the application of diversified and quantitative management model of exercise intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). From January 2018 to July 2018, 150 pregnant women with GDM were recruited from HangZhou Maternity Hospital, and were randomly divided into control group ( = 75) and experimental group ( = 75). All patients were registered pregnancy exercise self-efficacy scale (P-ESES), fasting blood glucose (FBG), and 2-hour postpranational blood glucose (2hPG).
